1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made at arcoiriseborboletas.shop, run by Arco-Íris & Borboletas, Maputo, Mozambique. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Meticais (MT). We do our best to make photos and descriptions accurate; handmade pieces may vary slightly, which is part of their charm.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is reserved once placed on the site and processed after we confirm your payment by M-Pesa or bank transfer. If payment is not confirmed within 3 working days, the order may be cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs 200 MT in Maputo City and 350 MT in Maputo Province, and pickup in store is free. Orders to other provinces are sent with Portador Diário; that fee depends on weight and destination, is calculated separately and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before sending. The day and time of delivery or pickup are arranged on WhatsApp once payment is confirmed. Personalised pieces have their own lead times, which we tell you before you pay.
