Yes. Choose Bank transfer at checkout. You will see our account details on screen and by e-mail. Use your order number as the reference and send us the proof on WhatsApp so we can confirm it faster.

Choose the option at checkout: delivery in Maputo City (200 MT), delivery in Maputo Province (350 MT) or pick up in store (free). For other provinces we send with Portador Diário: the fee depends on weight and destination, so we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before sending. Once your payment is confirmed, we message you on WhatsApp to arrange the day and time.

Many pieces can be personalised — colours, names, sets for gifting. Write your request in the order notes or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible and how long it takes.

Ready-made items are usually prepared within a few working days after payment confirmation. Handmade and personalised pieces take longer; we always confirm the timing with you before you pay.

No. You can order as a guest — we only ask for what we need to deliver: name, mobile, e-mail and address.

Talk to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged; personalised items cannot, unless they arrive damaged. See our returns policy.
